A blind call transfer, sometimes referred to as a “cold” call transfer, allows you to transfer a call without introducing the caller. When you send a caller directly to another phone extension or number, the destination phone displays the initial caller's details rather than your phone’s details.

    1. Press the call transfer button or transfer soft key during the conversation, the call is on hold now.
    2. Enter the number that transfers to.
    3. Press the transfer button or the transfer soft key and now the blind transfer completed.

    Attended Transfer

An attended call transfer, sometimes referred to as a “warm” or “consultative” call transfer, allows you to introduce the call before you transfer it. When you use the attended call transfer option, your information displays on the destination phone rather than the initial caller's.

    1. Press the transfer button or transfer soft key during the conversation, the call is on hold now.
    2. Enter the number that transfer to and press the send soft key or #.

    Three-way call

If you find yourself regularly needing to relay information between two parties, three-way calling might be your answer. Allowing all parties to speak to each other directly can save time and helps avoid miscommunication.

    While on an active call:

    1. Press line 2, the call is placed on hold.
    2. Enter the number of the third party you wish to bring into the call and press the send soft key.
    3. When the third party answers, press the conference button or the conference soft key.
