    Phone Tab Overview

    The Phones tab displays all the information on any device associated with your extension. 


    Office managers and call center supervisors must be in “My Account” view to access their connected phones and extensions.

    You can locate the Phones section in the tab bar of the Avenir IT Voice portal. This section displays which phones are connected to your extension.

    Phones are listed by connection status, name, device type, IP address, MAC address, and line number. Connection status displays will be either:

     A phone that is properly configured and powered on.
    A phone that is configured but not powered on or enabled.

    If you have multiple devices, multiple extension numbers are listed with a letter after the number (e.g., 200t, 200m). The device configured to the extension with no letter (e.g., 200) is considered your primary device. Typical extension formatting would include:

    XXXt Integration with Microsoft Teams phone
    XXXm Mobile application
    XXXwp Web Phone


    While you can add, remove or edit phones in this section - we strongly advise that you do not tamper with these settings. If you require assistance with your phones, please contact our help desk and they will be happy to assist.
